Core Focus: Client Experience & Front Office Management

Client Intake & Greeting: Professionally welcome all walk-in clients, visitors, and external counsel; notify the relevant attorney of their arrival and manage the client waiting area.

Switchboard & Call Management: Operate the firm's phone system—screen, route, and transfer incoming calls; take detailed, accurate messages for attorneys who are in court or meetings.

Mail & Courier Coordination: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, court summons, and legal documents; coordinate courier services for urgent filings and service of process.

Scheduling Support: Assist attorneys with maintaining their calendars by scheduling client meetings, court date reminders, and internal conference room bookings.

New Client Registration: Collect initial client information, prepare basic intake forms, and photocopy identification documents for the file-opening process.

Office Supplies & Maintenance: Monitor and order office stationery, printer cartridges, and pantry supplies; liaise with building management for any facility issues.

Filing & Document Retrieval: Perform basic filing of closed or archived case files; retrieve physical files from the records room when requested by legal staff.
