Job Summary

The Recruitment Supervisor will lead the company's recruitment and selection activities, ensuring the timely attraction, assessment, and hiring of qualified talent while supporting workforce planning and employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate recruitment activities across departments.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Manage candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future recruitment needs.
  • Strengthen employer branding through recruitment campaigns and career fairs.
  • Maintain recruitment records and HR databases.
  • Prepare recruitment metrics and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labour regulations.
  • Supervise recruitment officers and provide coaching.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Relevant recruitment experience.
  • Experience recruiting for manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.
