To support the business in the region by driving the execution of credit, operational processes, policies, and procedures in line with the bank’s strategy, while maintaining sound people and business growth aspects to drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Risk Management & Compliance:
    • Monitor and support branches in implementing risk management programs.
    • Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and BOU guidelines.
    • Follow up on audit issues raised by internal auditors and BOU supervisors.
  2. Operational Controls:
    • Monitor internal controls and procedures in branches.
    • Manage suspense accounts and ensure timely reconciliation.
    • Identify and resolve operational issues to enhance performance.
  3. Business Growth & Customer Service:
    • Monitor the implementation of business growth strategies (lending and deposits).
    • Assess customer files and branch reports for compliance.
    • Ensure adherence to customer service standards.
  4. Performance Monitoring:
    • Track branch budget and work plan performance.
    • Evaluate staff productivity and recommend improvements.
    • Support the budget process aligned with business strategy.
  5. Reporting & Coordination:
    • Provide regular reports on branch performance and compliance.
    • Coordinate with the Regional Manager to address gaps and escalate issues.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 4 years of banking experience at Manager Branch Operations level.

  • Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
  • Attention to detail, planning, and teamwork.
