To serve patients by identifying the best method of retrieving specimens, preparing specimen for lab testing, performing testing procedures while following SOPs to ensure efficient delivery of accurate reports.
Key Duties & Job Responsibilities
Patient care. Monitor, assess, and document patients’ conditions.
Infection control and safety. Follow protocols for infection prevention and control.
Antenatal Care. Conduct regular check-ups for pregnant women,
Labor and Delivery. Assist and support women through labor and childbirth, monitor the condition of mother and baby during delivery.
Emergency Care. Recognize and manage obstetric emergencies (e.g., postpartum hemorrhage, eclampsia), Initiate emergency interventions and ensure timely referral.
