About the Role
On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Relationship Manager - ICT Sector to work in Uganda.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing financial solutions to support their growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, including new entrants, expansions, and projects in the ICT sector.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on financial products and services, beneficial partnerships, and cash management solutions.
- Achieve balance sheet growth targets (assets & liabilities).
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- University graduate (Hons)
- Skills in Sales, Credit & Relationship Management will be an added advantage
- Track record in sales management
- 5 years’ experience in banking and FinTechs, of which 2-3 should be in relationship management & sales
- Relevant business experience and acumen
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: bachelor degree
