Reports to: Chief Distribution Officer
Responsible for building, maintaining, and growing bancassurance relationships while driving revenue growth through exceptional service delivery.

Key Duties:

  • Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring retention and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Plan and execute sales activities to acquire new clients and meet daily targets.
  • Support bank staff with product knowledge and joint calls.
  • Monitor performance, prepare sales reports, and escalate issues promptly.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and complete documentation.
  • Train bank staff, mentor officers, and collaborate with internal teams.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, Certificate of Proficiency, Microsoft Office proficiency.

Relevant Experience
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a large and reputable Organisation in sales, marketing, or Bancassurance, with proven performance in achieving targets.
