RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

On behalf of our clients in the Banking sector, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Relationship manager to work in Uganda

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing financial solutions to support their growth.
• Identify new business opportunities, including new entrants, expansions, and projects in the Energy sector.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on financial products and services, beneficial partnerships and cash management solutions.
• Achieve balance sheet growth targets (assets & liabilities).

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA or professional certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate banking or a related field, with a focus on relationship management and sales in Oil, Gas and Energy.
• Strong understanding of the Ugandan Oil and Gas and Energy sectors, including market trends and key players.
