The Government of Uganda received financing from the World Service. The selection criteria are as follows:
a. At least 15 years' experience with nonchannels institutions.
b. Power experience in conducting verification at the household.
c. Proven experience in sampling and using household level.
d. An organization demonstrates the firms technical and difficult when the project beneficiaries and Financial Institutions (FIU) review.
