REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ESTATES MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY SERVICES

Centenary Bank is a leading Commercial Microfinance Bank committed to transforming lives and conserving the environment. The Bank is serving over a quarter of the banking population with services that can be accessed across 82 branches, 214 ATMs, over 7,491 CenteAgents, and other digital platforms. The Bank intends to contract a Consultancy firm to support her Estates Management across the Bank Network.

Background
As part of our continued commitment to growth and customer service excellence, we have an ongoing requirement for the effective management and supervision of our Estates’ function. This range of activities includes branch construction, fit out works, branch expansions, remodeling, and minor repairs to ensure that our facilities remain modern, functional, and aligned with the Bank’s brand identity.

Overview of the Assignment
To support the efficient and cost-effective management of these Estates-related projects, we are seeking to engage the services of an experienced and capable Architectural Consultancy firm. The selected consultant will assist the Bank in managing her Estates Unit, providing architectural, civil and engineering expertise to ensure timely and quality delivery of construction and renovation projects of the Bank.

The Request For Proposal document with further details can be purchased at a non-refundable fee of Ugs300,000/- (Uganda shillings Three hundred thousand only) payable to the Bank’s Accounts Payable account at any of our Branches. Interested bidders should prepare a letter of expression of interest on company letterhead, addressed to the contact below, and submit it to the Corporate Services Division – Procurement Unit located on the 7th Floor of Mapeera House Building.

Clearly labeled and sealed bids marked ‘Request for Proposal for Estates Management consultancy’ must be delivered to the Corporate Services Division (Procurement Unit) at the address below no later than 10:30 AM by Thursday, 10th December 2025. An internal bid opening will follow at 11:00 AM on the same day at Mapeera House, 7th Floor.
