ICPAU is the national professional accountancy body in Uganda, established by an Act of Parliament in 1992, now the Accountants Act 2013. The Institute is mandated to:

• Regulate and maintain the Standard of Accountancy in Uganda.
• Prescribe and regulate the conduct of accountants and practising accountants in Uganda.

ICPAU wishes to purchase 5-10 acres of land in a dignified environment. The land should; • Have an unencumbered Certificate of Title.

• Have no squatters.
• Be in the radius of not more than 30 Kms from Kampala City Centre.
• Fairly levelled or gently sloping.
• Not be more than 1 kilometer from a major tarmac road.
• Have access to electricity power grid and water.
• Be easily accessible by public means of transport.

Quotations can be submitted in PDF version, by email to projects@icpau.co.ug or a printed copy submitted in sealed envelopes to the address below, NOT LATER than Friday, 14 July 2023, at 3.00 pm local time. The envelope should be plainly marked "QUOTATION FOR SALE OF LAND TO ICPAU" and addressed to;
