JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:
The position holder will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and securing research funding opportunities for MRCU. This position requires a strong understanding of research principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving innovation.

Key Result Areas:
• Identify and pursue potential funding sources.
• Develop compelling research proposals.
• Manage grant applications and reporting.
• Build relationships with funders and partners.
• Analyze grant application data.

Qualification & Experience:
• MBChB; BSN, B. Stat, or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
• MPH, MSc. Epidemiology, MMed, or MSc in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in research development and grant writing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of research principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in using relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, grant management databases).
