We are seeking a passionate, creative, and dedicated Resident Teacher (Lower Primary) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will inspire young learners by creating a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes academic, social, and emotional development.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Foster literacy, numeracy, and foundational learning skills.
- Assess learners' progress and maintain accurate academic records.
- Create a safe, supportive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding learner progress.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs.
- Promote positive discipline and good character among learners.
- Strong classroom management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for child-centred learning
- Passion for educational excellence
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching qualification and registration (where applicable).
- Experience teaching lower primary learners is an added advantage.
