Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service as well as compliance with hygiene standards.
- Lead and supervise staff, manage schedules, and monitor performance.
- Manage stock, budgets, and daily sales reporting.
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
Education & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3 years
- Industry Experience: Hospitality
