Donswift Company is hiring a Restaurant Manager with the following responsibilities;

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service as well as compliance with hygiene standards.
  • Lead and supervise staff, manage schedules, and monitor performance.
  • Manage stock, budgets, and daily sales reporting.

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.

Education & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years
  • Industry Experience: Hospitality
