Job purpose:

Our client is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Retail Merchandiser to join their team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our goods to customers in various locations. Your primary goal will be to meet daily sales targets while building strong relationships with customers.

Specific Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsible For

  • Identify and approach potential customers in different locations
  • Promote and sell goods to customers, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Meet daily sales targets consistently
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to inform product development and sales strategies

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a field sales or merchandising role
