Position: Revenue Collection Agent

Reports to: Revenue Protection Officer

Duties and Responsibilities;

• Identifying customers with outstanding debts.
• Contacting and tracking debtors, encouraging timely repayment.
• Handling customer questions, complaints and inquiries.
• Creating and implementing debt collection courses of action.
• Negotiating specific payment plan arrangements with debtors.
• Investigating discrepancies to resolve outstanding customer accounts
