Background

Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking a qualified Roustabout to support our client in the oil and gas sector. The role is responsible for managing all tools, pipes, and spare parts on site from both the Operator and Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Tool pushers with measuring, serializing, and drifting drill pipe, casing, and tubing.
• Inspect casing, tubing, and accessories; remove thread protectors, clean threads, and perform drifting.
• Manage and maintain site tool sledges, spare-part sledges, and the catwalk toolbox.
• Track and secure all substructure, derrick, and lock pins.
• Manage pipe thread protectors and lift slings in regular use.
• Maintain rig-site lighting, cleanliness, and proper solid waste disposal.
• Ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
• Work closely with the rig crew to complete tasks assigned by Rig management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Familiarity with oil and gas operations is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
