We're seeking a reliable and skilled subcontractor to work on a house construction project. You'll be responsible for performing specific tasks, such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or other specialized trades, to ensure the project is completed on time and to high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform specialized trade work (e.g., electrical, plumbing, carpentry) according to project plans and specifications.
Work safely and efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Collaborate with other subcontractors, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
Follow all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace Requirements:
Proven experience in house construction or similar projects Strong technical skills and knowledge of trade-specific tools and equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in a construction environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on similar projects or with similar companies
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations Strong attention to detail and quality control
