We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Female Sales Assistant to support our sales team in a fast-paced factory environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sales data management, customer support, reporting, and presentation preparation. Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and presentation software is essential for success in this role.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mukono Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, sales orders, and customer documentation.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports using Excel and/or ERP systems
• Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer accounts, and product inventory.
• Support the preparation of presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with production and accounts departments to track order status and ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as a liaison between sales, production and accounts team
• Monitor customer inquiries and follow up with appropriate information.
• Assist in preparing materials for sales meetings and product launches.
• Ensure all sales documentation is properly filed and accessible.
Qualifications & Requirements
− Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
− Experience of 1-2 years in Sales preferably in the packaging industry or plastic industry.
− Excellent problem-solving skills − Knowledge in CRM − Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
− Ability to work independently and as part of a team
