  • ITM Uganda is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, Bintech Solutions, for a Sales Executive (Female with IT Background) to join their team in Kampala.
  • This role requires a motivated, tech-savvy, and results-oriented professional passionate about technology and client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT and tech market.
  • Market and sell Bintech’s products and services, including software, IT equipment, and tech solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up and support.
  • Conduct product presentations and client demos to showcase solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions that meet client needs
  • Track leads, prepare quotations, and close sales deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain records of sales activities and provide weekly reports to management.
  • Represent Bintech Solutions at client meetings, exhibitions, and marketing events.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor information to support business strategy.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales - IT sales experience is an added advantage.
  • Basic understanding of IT solutions such as networking, software, or hardware.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
