ITM Uganda is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, Bintech Solutions, for a Sales Executive (Female with IT Background) to join their team in Kampala.
This role requires a motivated, tech-savvy, and results-oriented professional passionate about technology and client engagement.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT and tech market.
Market and sell Bintech’s products and services, including software, IT equipment, and tech solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up and support.
Conduct product presentations and client demos to showcase solutions effectively.
Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions that meet client needs
Track leads, prepare quotations, and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of sales activities and provide weekly reports to management.
Represent Bintech Solutions at client meetings, exhibitions, and marketing events.
Gather market intelligence and competitor information to support business strategy.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in sales - IT sales experience is an added advantage.
Basic understanding of IT solutions such as networking, software, or hardware.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
