About the Client
Lafab Solutions is recruiting on behalf of our client in the retail and distribution sector. The company is expanding and seeks energetic Sales Executives to drive growth and customer acquisition.
Job Summary
The Sales Executive will identify new business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. This role requires a results-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and secure new clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved.
- Number of new clients onboarded.
- Client retention rate.
- Customer satisfaction feedback.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ sales experience.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
