Background

Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking experienced Sales Executives for a client in the telecommunications sector. This role supports customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion through direct sales and field engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new individual and SME customers within assigned territories.
  • Promote and sell telecom products and services.
  • Conduct field sales activities, including door-to-door visits, activations, and market storming.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Educate customers on product features, pricing, and usage benefits.
  • Assist customers with registration, product activation, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit timely activity reports.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the company brand professionally in all customer interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field.
  • 2 years’ experience in sales or marketing role.
  • Self-driven, energetic professional with strong planning and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to leverage product knowledge to advise customers and deliver effective solutions.
  • Strong customer relationship management and negotiation capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse team and perform under pressure with minimal supervision.
