Background
Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking experienced Sales Executives for a client in the telecommunications sector. This role supports customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion through direct sales and field engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new individual and SME customers within assigned territories.
- Promote and sell telecom products and services.
- Conduct field sales activities, including door-to-door visits, activations, and market storming.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Educate customers on product features, pricing, and usage benefits.
- Assist customers with registration, product activation, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit timely activity reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the company brand professionally in all customer interactions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field.
- 2 years’ experience in sales or marketing role.
- Self-driven, energetic professional with strong planning and negotiation skills.
- Ability to leverage product knowledge to advise customers and deliver effective solutions.
- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation capabilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse team and perform under pressure with minimal supervision.
