JOB DETAILS:
Kabalega FM is a brand of Vision Group. We are seeking to recruit experienced and dynamic Sales Executives to join the Kabalega FM team based in Hoima to serve the Bunyoro region.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generating sales leads and closing business for station airtime in form of sponsored programs. Talk shows, and announcements to prospective clientele.
• Identifying new business opportunities with potential clients.
• Following-up, qualifying, nurturing, and closing sales from prospects.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients as their main point of contact.
• Creating and presenting proposals, generating booking requests, and debt collection
• Educating potential clients and partners about the available business opportunities at the station.
• Build rapport with clients, provide excellent timely customer service, maximally exploit business opportunities to promote Kabalega FM.

Education Qualification
• A Bachelor's degree in a business - related field from a recognized institution

Working Experience
• Prior sales experience - minimum 3+ years in radio sales.
• MUST be based in Hoima with extensive interactions within the business community.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A track record of consistently delivering valuable business results especially in a start-up media platform.
• A strong sales background with established relationships within the media sector and among advertisers is an added advantage.
• Fluency in Runyakitara is strongly preferred.
