JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales GMT to join our dynamic team at China Forestry International Development Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, driving sales, and achieving revenue targets for our diverse product range. Our products include Plywood, Marine Boards, and MDFs, catering to various industries and applications. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of our product offerings & market dynamics and the ability to identify and meet client needs effectively. Sales GMTS who will succeed in this role within the first month of training will have a chance to join CFID Sales team and enjoy more benefits. Job Description
The Sales GMTs will be required to;
• do market survey to get new clients- this involves field visiting, getting contacts and emails of clients. Here, the Sales GMTs will be required to make phone calls and send follow up emails to clients.
• do a customer survey, place orders and deal with quantity problems
• make applications using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software4) check competitors’ information about quality and prices of different wood products.
Qualification and Requirements
• University degree in Business Administration and other relatedCoursesWith a CGPA ≥ 3.60
• Under 25 years old.
• Ability to Speak Swahili and /or French is an added advantage
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly buildrapport
• with both customers and suppliers.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook
• and other software such as Enterprise resource planning (ERP).
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to Learn new skills in Sales and Marketing
• Hardworking and flexibility with working hours
