The successful candidate will lead the dealership’s sales function, driving vehicle sales, developing customer acquisition strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring monthly and annual targets are achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company targets while monitoring performance and analyzing market trends.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team through recruitment, training, target setting, and ongoing performance management.
  • Oversee key customer relationships and CRM usage to ensure satisfaction, accurate data, and strong account management.
  • Work with finance and brand partners to set pricing strategies and design targeted promotional campaigns.
  • Provide regular sales reports to senior management and ensure full compliance with internal policies and brand standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of local market dynamics, consumer finance, and fleet sales.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
