Job Title: Sales Manager
Company: iGourd Technology

Job Summary
iGourd is seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. This individual will be responsible for developing strategies to drive sales of our products (POS systems, thermal receipt rolls, and hardware), managing a team of sales representatives, setting performance targets, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
● Manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
● Monitor individual and team performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
● Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
● Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align on product updates and promotional campaigns.
● Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key customers and partners.
● Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
● Represent the company at business events and client meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
● Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
● Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
● Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Compensation
● Base Salary: Competitive based on experience
● Commission: Based on team sales performance
