Overview
The Sales Representative will be responsible for listing All Seasons Detergent across general trade, wholesale, and modern trade outlets in Uganda, driving new business development, expanding market coverage, and ensuring strong product availability and visibility in assigned territories.

- Self-driven, results-oriented, and field-focused
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good relationship management skills

- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage
Responsible For
- Listing & Market Expansion
List All Seasons Detergent in new outlets, including wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets, and general trade shops.
Open and activate new customer accounts in assigned
Identify high-potential areas and customers to grow market
Work closely with distributor sales teams
- Business Development
Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and key
Support distributor appointment and onboarding where
Negotiate commercial terms in line with company
- Sales Execution
Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Drive repeat orders and sustainable business
Monitor competitor activity and provide market
- Merchandising & Visibility
Ensure correct product placement, shelf visibility, and price
Support promotions, launches, and in-store
Ensure availability of all All-Seasons SKUs at outlet
- Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate daily sales and listing
Submit weekly route plans and market
Track stock movement and flag supply gaps in
Directly reporting to Exports Sales Manager

Educational Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business-related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years FMCG sales experience, preferably in detergents or home
- Strong understanding of Uganda’s general trade and wholesale market.
- Proven experience in listing and route-to-market execution
- Listing & Market Expansion: List All Seasons Detergent in new outlets, including wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets, and general trade shops. Open and activate new customer accounts in assigned territories. Identify high-potential areas and customers to grow market share. Work closely with distributor sales teams.
- Business Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and key accounts. Support distributor appointment and onboarding where applicable. Negotiate commercial terms in line with company policies.
- Sales Execution: Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Drive repeat orders and sustainable business growth. Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence.
