JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit agents and drive network growth through lead generation and local marketing
• Support agents in sales, product knowledge, and business development
• Monitor agent performance and contribute to monthly sales targets
• Conduct market analysis, promote brand, and maintain customer service standards

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales
• Fluent in English and local regional language
• Proficient in MS Office; valid manual driver’s license
• Must reside in the region you’re applying for
