  • Experience: Proven track record in field sales (Fintech, Telco, or Banking is a high advantage).

Responsibilities or duties

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new merchants and B2B clients.
  • Sales Growth: Promote RukaPay’s payment solutions to meet business revenue goals.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture strong ties with existing partners.
  • Market Feedback: Provide regular reporting on sales activities and market trends.
