PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Responsible for selling and marketing of the company products as per the direct sales strategy.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• To promote and sell company products so as to enhance revenue collection.

• To conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

• To develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships to attract more business opportunities.

• To reach out to customer leads through cold calling to increase sales conversion rates.

• To expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

To achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the set schedule.

• To keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in work.

• To analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports to aid in decision making.

• Any other roles added from time to time concerning departmental objectives.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.

Experience
• 2-3-years’ experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Must have a riding permit.
• Proficiency in Ms. Office applications
• Business Understanding / Knowledge
• Vast knowledge in customer relations management practices/tools along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.

Languages
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and any other local language as per the assigned location
