Background

Carlcare is the official after-sales service brand for TECNO, Infinix, Itel, Oraimo and Syinix. Besides, Carlcare also provides professional repair and maintenance service for other brands covering mobile phones, computers, tablets, appliances, lighting devices, smart living, new energy, and supply chain.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Promote and sell products/ services to existing and prospective customers.
• Process sales orders, handle customer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare and submit daily reports of sales made.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions,
• Prepare reports and make recommendations to management.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.

Qualifications and Key Competencies

• A minimum of a diploma in business and marketing-related studies. A degree or higher is an added advantage.
• At least 1(one) year of working experience in sales/marketing
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong negotiation, prospecting and closing skills
• Good presentation skills
