Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Marketing, science in accounting and finance, Business Administration, Business economics and management. Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Business administration and any other related field.
- At least 1 year’s relevant experience in the field of sales preferable in a microfinance institution.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Proficiency in using sales software and MS office (Excel, word).
- Proficiency in English and Local Languages.
