Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and build strong relationships with customers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Minimum of a Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) . A certificate or short course in sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage. Welcome Fresh Graduated in 2025, We can supply Training.
Experience:
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, Experience in solar or lighting products is a bonus but not required. Welcome Fresh Graduated in 2025, We can supply Training.
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence and ability to talk to different types of people.
Willingness to learn about solar and lighting products.
Energetic, self-driven, and eager to meet sales targets.
Able to work independently and visit clients in the field.
