Assist in managing customer inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, fares, and services.
Process bookings, reservations, and ticketing transactions accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with airline partners to secure flight availability and negotiate special rates.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to the sales team.
Maintain and update customer databases and ensure accurate records are kept.
Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collaterals and promotional materials.
Stay updated with industry trends, airline policies, and market conditions.
Provide administrative support such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing sales presentations.
Plan and implement sales activities to ensure targets are reached and recorded.
Analyse the markets potential to determine the value of existing and prospective customers in terms of sales opportunities.
Collect, review and consolidate information to support the identification of intervention areas to ensure sales target achievement.
Cooperate with marketing and PR to determine the best promotion sales techniques
Communicate and regularly meet with area intermediaries to inform about new products and promotions to ensure the best and most updated value proposal is timely communicated to the market
Represent UR at all Trade events recognized of interest to the company, carry out training products, seminars for Corporate Accounts and TMC’s accompany Familiarization Trips.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree combined with 3+ years of experience in a sales environment, preferably in the Airline, Travel or Hospitality industry.
Excellent knowledge of industry trend and customers' requirements, with proven track record in meeting and over-achieving sales targets.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and have a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
Proven experience in sales support or customer service in the airline industry.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Knowledge of airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and accuracy in processing bookings and transactions.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
Flexibility to work on weekends or outside regular office hours when required.
