ICEA lion group is looking for sales agents and sales team leaders to join our team we are innovative and growing company looking for suitable employees to fill the role of sales and marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities For Sales Team Leader
1. Perform sales, management and administrative tasks
2. Have excellent sales and leadership skills
3. Strong customer service skills
4. Coach team members
5. Develop team strengths and improve weaknesses
6. Identify team goals evaluate team progress
7. Resolve conflict
8. Organize team initiatives
9. Lead and motivate the team
10. Manage performance and training the team

Qualifications for sales team leaders: bachelors degree in any field, post graduate/masters will be an added advantage
