Role Overview

As a Sales and Marketer, you will play a critical role in driving sales initiatives for our innovative advertising programs. Working directly with the General Manager, you will navigate a fast-paced and flexible environment, showcasing your persuasive and communicative skills to foster relationships and drive success.

• Reporting Structure: Reports to the General Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to existing and potential clients to sell new advertising programs.
2. Maintain assigned account bases while developing new accounts.
3. Provide clients with cost estimates for advertising products or services.
4. Locate and contact potential clients to offer advertising services.
5. Explain how specific types of advertising will promote their products or services effectively.
6. Gather insights about clients' offerings to tailor sales presentations accordingly.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other related fields
• 2-3 years of experience in advertising sales
• Essential Skills: Persuasion, Negotiation, Critical Thinking, Monitoring, Time Management
• Required Knowledge: Sales and Marketing; Customer and Personal Service; Communications and Media; Computers and Electronics

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred responsibilities include experience in sales and marketing as well as administration and management, with skills in persuasion, negotiation, and time management being advantageous.
