Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive School Bursar who will play a vital role in managing the financial aspects of our school. The successful candidate will be responsible for various financial duties, contributing to a culture of transparency and accountability. You will work closely with a team of four under the guidance of the Residence Director, in an on-site capacity at our location on Bweya - Entebbe road.

Position Details

  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Location: Bweya - Entebbe road
  • Reporting Structure: Reports to the Residence Director

Key Responsibilities

1. Fees collection

2. Preparing financial reports

3. Procurement

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Post secondary Diploma in Accounts (and other related fields)
  • Required Certifications: Certificate in Computer
  • Experience: 3-5 years in a relevant field
  • Mandatory Skills: Customer care, Good communication skills, Administrative skills, Procurement skills
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Language Proficiency: English and Luganda
