Norvik Hospital Limited is looking for an experienced and passionate Female Security Guard to join our team. The successful candidate will undertake the surveillance of our premises, checking of female visitors and the protection of our staff and visitors. In addition, you will be responsible for detecting any suspicious happenings and preventing vandalism, thefts or any other criminal behavior.
Responsibilities:
Inspect and patrol premises regularly
Monitor property entrance
Authorize entrance of people and vehicles
Report any suspicious behaviors and happenings
Secure all exits, doors and windows
Respond to alarms and react in a timely manner
Provide assistance to people in need
Submit reports of every suspicious action
Ensure no suspicious items lie around the premises.
Perform manual duties of a casual laborer as required
Uphold the security departments’ SOP at NHL
Ensure compliance to all security rules and regulations.
Perform any other functions as may from time to time be assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Academic qualifications: A minimum of at least Ordinary Level of Education Certificate
Outstanding surveillance and observation skills
Minimum of One (1) year working experience in the same field
Resourceful, reliable and problem-solving skills
Team player
Honest and trustworthy
Good time-management skills
Candidate should have good communication skills both verbal and written
