Job Summary:

To develop, implement, and oversee all security protocols to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and hotel property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the hotel's security strategy and procedures.
• Supervise and schedule the team of security guards.
• Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services.
• Conduct regular security risk assessments and staff training.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Security Management or relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Security Officer or Supervisor.
• Knowledge of security protocols and surveillance systems.
• Training in First Aid and CPR is an advantage.
