We are recruiting on behalf of our client!

Job Purpose:
The holders of these positions will be responsible for handling statutory returns, bank management, cash management, sales, control account reconciliation, checking all posting, GIT related assignments, Bank payments, fixed assets maintenance, supplier and other payments. Prepare, develop and analyse financial information to facilitate management’s decision making.
Liaise with other departments on all finance matters, forecast management, control financial reporting and timely submission of statutory returns to authorities and ensure that finance and accounting operations are carried out in compliance with the relevant legislation.

Responsibilities.
• Materials and payroll accounting.
• Invoice verification & posting.
• Working on Capex file & Fixed asset maintenance.
• Insurance accounting, store issues local purchases and imports.
• Management and statutory reporting (MIS,Insurance,consumption etc)
• Account analysis, Control accounts reconciliations.
• Statutory returns.
• Bank & Cash Management.
• Processing supplier & other payments.
• All relevant Reports Preparations.
• Trial Balance and Balance sheet coordination and preparation

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce /Accounting /Business Administration.
• Full Accounting Qualification ACCA/ CPA.

Experience;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a busy COMMERCIAL Enterprise, preparation of Accounts and reconciliations, handling taxation and other statutory requirements. Working with computerized accounting systems, preferably Tally ERPs , analyzing financial data ,high level reporting etc
