To install, maintain, and support IT systems and networks within the University, ensuring users have reliable access to technology tools and services.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Install and configure hardware, software, networks, and printers;
Troubleshoot system and network issues;
Provide support to end-users in person or remotely;
Maintain IT asset inventory and perform regular backups;
Monitor cybersecurity risks and enforce IT policies;
Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of a Diploma in Information Technology or related field
Experience
One (1) year relevant experience
Skills/Competences
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux systems;
Familiarity with networking and IT security protocols;
Analytical thinking and excellent customer service.
