Position Overview

We are looking for a unique individual, a Senior Associate, Technology & Business Solutions with business acumen and a skill for client engagement. The Senior Associate, Technology & Business Solutions, will be a pivotal force in driving our internal technological advancement and external market growth. This role is a blend of IT management, training facilitation, and business development leadership, offering a unique unparalleled opportunity for a tech-savvy professional to build a career in consulting.

Key Responsibilities

IT Systems Management & Development:

  • Design, manage, and maintain all IT infrastructure for the firm.
  • Lead the design and development of HR technology solutions, including; Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CV Database & Talent Pool Systems, Learning Management Systems, e-commerce systems and other I.T systems as may be needed by the organization.
  • Provide comprehensive IT support to users, including software installation/upgrades, system configuration, and implementing file backup and security protocols.
  • Provide training to users on new systems

Training Program Management & Facilitation:

  • Collaborate with the business development team to design and develop a comprehensive training calendar for all training programs.
  • Schedule training sessions, manage and facilitate training modules for both clients and internal staff.
  • Generate training proposals for clients, outlining our experience, methodologies, and outcomes.

Business Development & Revenue Growth:

  • Supervise the activities of the business development team under the guidance of the Head of Business.
  • Train and coach the business development team on leveraging social media tools (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp etc.) for client acquisition.
  • Innovate and implement new, creative ideas for generating qualified leads and boosting company revenues.
  • Set achievable personal target and team targets, and diligently follow up to ensure performance expectations are met.
  • Develop business development and promotional materials, including; Digital Flyers & Brochures, Corporate Presentations, Social Media Banners and Content etc.

Technology Initiatives & Career Development:

  • Utilize Artificial Intelligence to identify and generate new business deals.
  • Actively participate in mentorship sessions from the Head of Business in all consulting areas and business solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in a role involving IT systems management, application development, and client-facing business solutions.
  • Strong willingness to learn, and develop a long-term career path within the consulting sector.
  • Experience in a consulting firm is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in full-stack development languages and frameworks.
  • Experience in database design and management.
  • Demonstrable experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Practical experience in using Artificial Intelligence for business development and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in graphics design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
  • Excellent training and facilitation skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • A self-starter with a proven ability to set and exceed targets.
