Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Management,
  • or related field
  • 3-5 years in care navigation, healthcare coordination, or customer service (supervisory experience preferred)
  • Analytical, team-oriented, and compliance-aware
  • Lead care navigation at Jubilee Insurance, ensuring policyholders get timely, high-quality healthcare guidance.
