Exquisite Solution Limited, a premier HR recruitment and management firm is hiring a Senior Core Network Expert for a top Telecom client. The role focuses on monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing core network systems to improve performance, resolve issues, and ensure compliance while driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operations and provide technical support for UDM and SVC (IMS + CS) core network products.
- Perform equipment commissioning, software and network upgrades, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
- Monitor and optimize core network performance, ensuring reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze network data to identify and resolve technical issues, and support strategic network enhancements.
- Apply expertise in SVC (IMS-integrated CS cloud platform), VoLTE services, and UDM (UDMV500R020C10).
- Reference and utilize CloudSE2980 product documentation as needed.
- Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer to on-site engineers and customer teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and sales/marketing to address technical challenges.
- Support project rollout and post-sales activities with timely technical resolutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
- Develop and update technical manuals, guides, and best practice reports.
- Engage with operators on product features and performance to drive improvements and satisfaction
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with CS-Core network systems, including SVC (CloudSE2980) and UDM.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on service quality and delivery.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and deliver technical training.
- International project experience is an advantage.
- In-depth understanding of core network architecture (IMS + CS, UDM).
- Hands-on experience with VOLTE and IMS-based service environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
