a) Academic Qualifications

1. Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying & Geomatics / Geo-spatial Science / Information Systems, Land Economics, Urban/Physical Planning, Land Use Management or Land Valuation

b) Work Experience

• At least 3 years’ experience in land management in Government or reputable organization

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement land zoning and utilization procedures for free zones
• Develop and implement long- and short-term land-use plans in free zones
• Monitor demarcation of areas for public facilities and infrastructure
• Review and report on status of land in demarcated free zones
• Initiate surveys and valuation of economic zone properties per guidelines
• Supervise and appraise staff
