We are looking for a Senior Receptionist.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Provide information about the organization and its services.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues or direct them to the appropriate personnel.

Required profile for job ad : Senior Receptionist - Nansana Uganda

Bachelors in Business Computing/ Business Administration/ Secretarial Studies/Human Resource management.additional education or certifications are a plus.

Previous experience in a reception or customer service role preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Working Conditions:

Office environment with standard working hours.

May require occasional overtime or flexibility in scheduling.
