a) Academic Qualifications

1. Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, International Business, Business Administration, Economics, IT/CS/Data Comms/IMS, Agricultural Economics or Agribusiness
2. OR Full professional Qualification/Membership of Marketing (CIM)

b) Work Experience

• At least 3 years’ experience at Officer level in a reputable organization

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate, manage and maintain an integrated Export Management Information System (EMIS)
• Verify and certify exporters’ documentation for accuracy, compliance and authenticity
• Identify and recommend relevant e-commerce platforms for export-ready companies
• Analyze trade data (volumes, values, trends, patterns)
• Conduct client analysis (needs, preferences, behavior)
• Analyze international markets, industries and competitor countries
• Assess industry trends to identify opportunities and challenges
• Conduct firm-level competitor analysis (strengths/weaknesses)
• Undertake outreach programs to producers, manufacturers and exporters
• Supervise and appraise staff
