JOB DETAILS:

Responsibilities

Job application procedure

Applications should be filled in triplicate on Public Service Form No. 3 (Revised 2008) and ESC Form No. 3 (Revised 1998) for Teachers, with daytime phone contact.

Submit to the Secretary, District Service Commission, Ntungamo District Local Government, P.O Box 1, Ntungamo, not later than Wednesday July 22, 2026, stating clearly the post applied for and its reference number.

Application forms can be obtained from Secretaries of District Service Commissions, Offices of Chief Administrative Officers, and Town Clerks for Municipal Councils and Public Service Commission.

Those already in public service must route their applications through their Heads of Departments who should be informed of the closing date to avoid delay.

Certified copies of academic documents (Degrees, Diplomas, Certificates, Transcripts, Result Slips/Pass Slips) from all Universities/Institutions/Colleges/Schools attended, NINs, Registration Certificates and Annual Practicing Licenses where applicable, and any other supporting documents with 3 recent passport size photographs MUST be attached on the application.

Those invited for interviews must come with all original certified academic and professional/employment documents (Degrees, Diplomas, Certificates, Transcripts, Result Slips/Pass Slips) from all Universities/Institutions/Colleges/Schools/Entities attended/worked for, and original National Identification Numbers (NINs).
