What you will do
The Social & Creative Specialist will manage Fido’s social media presence in Uganda, shooting, and crafting engaging content that drives brand awareness and community engagement. This role requires a creative thinker who can develop innovative campaigns that resonate with Fido’s target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Fido’s social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and posting.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive traffic to Fido’s platforms.
• Collaborate with influencers and community leaders to create authentic and engaging content.
• Monitor social media trends, conversations, and customer sentiment to inform strategy.
• Design and execute contests, challenges, and interactive campaigns to build an active online community.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on platform changes and implement best practices to optimize content delivery.

Who you are
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Creative skills in content creation (graphic design, short videos, captions).
• Strong knowledge of platforms like Capcut, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
• Excellent storytelling and community-building abilities.
