Job Title: Social Media Executive

Job Summary

The Social Media Executive will manage and grow the company’s presence across digital and social media platforms. The role focuses on showcasing the manufacturing firm’s products, processes, innovations, and brand values to customers, partners, and stakeholders. This position requires a balance of creativity, technical understanding, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing and business objectives
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, images, videos, reels, stories) for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube
  • Translate technical manufacturing concepts, products, and processes into clear, engaging, and audience-friendly content
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to gather accurate content and updates
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities, including comments, messages, and community engagement
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
  • Track performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, and growth
  • Support employer branding by highlighting workplace culture, safety practices, certifications, and achievements
  • Assist with digital campaigns, product launches, trade shows, and corporate announcements
  • Ensure brand consistency, tone, and compliance with company guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management (B2B or manufacturing industry preferred)
  • Strong written and visual communication skills
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing, industrial products, or technical environments (or willingness to learn)
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools is an advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, especially with technical information

  • Creative mindset with a strategic approach
  • Ability to simplify complex or technical topics
  • Strong coordination and teamwork skills
  • Proactive, organized, and adaptable
  • Interest in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering sectors
