JOB DETAILS:

Reports to: Team Leader

ABOUT HPI
Health Promotion International (HPI) is a consultancy company that implements strategic interventions to enable workplaces and their host communities access Social, Environmental, Health & Safety services closer to them.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Implementation.
• Update the stakeholder map within the project area.
• Implement the Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP).
• Scheduling and participating in stakeholder engagement meetings/activities and facilitating communication between the project and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
• Organizing community awareness and sensitization engagements.
• Mobilize communities for project activities.
• Manage the Grievance handling system on the project.
• Build Coalition with other actors within the districts of operation.
• Participate in preparation of detailed work plans and risk assessment for each field work campaign.
Reporting.
• Participate in project meetings to provide updates on project implementation.
• Produce timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Essential:
• Applicants should be Ugandans in possession of a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Social Works and Social Administration, Development studies or related field from a recognized University / Institution.
• At least five (5) years of proven similar work experience in a reputable organization.
• No criminal track record.
• He/she should be willing to travel and work upcountry.

Key Competences:
• Excellent leadership skills
• Proven report writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A self-starter who is able to work on own initiative with limited supervision.
• Strong computer skills.
• Pays attention to detail.

Work Hours: 8


Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education:
Bachelor Degree
